Return Policy

IN WARRANTY PRODUCTS:
KCN Products will not be responsible for damaged or defective merchandise.  At our Discretion, KCN Products will repair or replace without charge to the customer any merchandise proven defective in material or workmanship for the period of the manufacturer warranty. Manufacture terms and conditions of warranty policy are indicated on warranty materials packed with your shipment.
OUT OF WARRANTY PRODUCTS: 
When merchandise is returned as defective and is no longer covered under the warranty period or warranty has been void due to misuse of equipment or acts of nature the customer will be advised of an estimated cost for repair. 
Please keep all original packaging! 
We will only accept a return, at our discretion, if returned in original boxes that you received it in. All products, EXCEPT software, Recorders, Printers, and any other unit that records time or has a counter may be returned for exchange within 15 days from date of delivery (the products must be brand new, in perfect condition, a perfect box and never used, with all manufacturers included accessories). Please contact us at customerservice@kcnproducts.com for a return authorization number, please include your original order number and invoice number with all correspondence. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. A return authorization number will be issued by KCN Products Co.  and must accompany all returns. Items returned for restocking are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Return Authorizations are valid for 7 days from the date issued. All products returned must be in original packaging, and include all reference materials included in the original package. 

1.  The item(s) must be carefully packed in a separate shipping box with packing material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.) on all sides around the product(s).

       

2.  All packages sent to us must be sent via trackable method (ex. UPS, FEDEX) and you should fully insure the items incase the package is damaged or lost. KCN Products Co will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

 

3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the SHIPPING box. Packages shipped without RMA # on the outside of the box will be refused by the warehouse.

 

4. Customer is responsible to cover all shipping costs if it has been more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Customer is always responsible to cover shipping to KCN Products Co.

 

 

Return of new product for exchange/credit/refund

       

1. Both the item AND the original manufacturers packaging must be in BRAND NEW RESELLABLE CONDITION. All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included.

 

2. A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply for all items returned for a refund.

 

Return of D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) product for exchange/credit/refund

 

1. All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included. Items received without original packaging and accessories will be subject to a restocking fee.

 

2. A minimum 25% restocking fee will apply for all items returned for a refund.

 

3. There will be a $25 testing fee if items received are in working condition and no faults were found by our technicians.

 

 

Return of failed product for warranty repair/replacement

 

 

1. The item(s) must be in its factory configuration. Any alterations to the item(s) (such as cutting of wires, installing your own hard drive, etc.) may have voided your warranty.

 

2. There will be a $25 testing fee if items received are in working condition and no faults were found by our technicians.
