The VideoJet 10 features high quality MPEG-4 video at up to 30 images per second, and two-way audio over IP networks. Supporting PAL/NTSC sources, it is available in two models either, as an encoder or decoder.

The video signal can be received and displayed with a standard web browser or VIDOS video management software. Using a decoder you can integrate point-to-point connections into your system, to display video from any camera on your analog monitors.

The VideoJet 10 offers a Compact Flash slot.When used with a 256 MB or 2 GB memory card, it provides low cost storage to take advantage of Automatic Network Replenishment, providing resilience against network outages. This storage is also highly reliable since there are no moving parts, making it well suited to mobile CCTV applications. Alternately, the slot accomodates an optional wireless card, for optimal flexibility in positioning the encoder and camera. The wireless card follows the popular 802.11b standard.

The VideoJet 10 supports remote control of popular PTZ cameras, domes, and multiplexers. It includes sophisticated motion detection and pre-alarm recording, to conserve bandwidth and centralized storage.With alarm, relay, and two serial port connections, the unit provides the ideal mechanism to remotely manage events via the network.
