Description   The Power over LAN Midspan is connected in between the switch/hub and the Power over Ethernet-enabled products. It uses the unused pairs in a standard Cat 5 network cable to supply power to Power over Ethernet-enabled products that are up to 328 feet (100 meters) away.   Features Product Details The 802.3af compliant 1 port AXIS Power Over Ethernet Midspan injects power on a standard Ethernet Cat 5 cable to power an Axis PoE enabled network camera or the AXIS PoE Active splitter.
